Are you feeling anxiety over work or your studies? Are you having difficulty clearing your head and releasing your anxiety?
Join our yoga leader, Lene, on Mondays from 4:00 to 5:15 pm for a deep relaxation of your mind and body by anchoring yourself in the present moment.
This practice can help us to let go of our scary anxious thoughts through acceptance and mindfulness. We will look at tools and techniques to practice at home whenever we feel overwhelmed including a meditation, a breathing exercise and asana practice.
This is a respectful and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to come as you are and take some time off for yourself.
