What to Expect
A workshop in English designed to give you and your child the opportunity to spend some quality time together while embracing your self-expression and unique creativity. Painting together is more than just art - it’s bonding over a shared experience.
The workshop is organised by Social Hub - Interkultur in Lund (https://www.interkultur.nu/social-hub) in collaboration with Medborgarskolan, and is led by Ghada Anderson: master painter and cherished member and volunteer of the Social Hub.
No prior skills are needed! You will learn a few simple techniques to create colourful Matisse-inspired compositions by using acrylics. Remember: it’s about having fun, not perfection!

This is ''folkbildning''
“Folkbildning” is something we create together in study circles that are driven forward through knowledge exchange. The study circle is the classic course form of the ''folkbildning'' and can be large or small, at the local or global level. It can be conducted through meetings, remotely or semi-remotely. At the study association Medborgarskolan, we give you the opportunity to learn, develop and exchange experiences and thoughts with other people. Each individual has influence in the group. In ''folkbildning'' the individual can influence the structure and content of the circle according to a democratically inspired model.
