FOR WHO?
This course is open to anyone curious about social dancing and Latin rhythms. No experience needed – we start from the basics. Those with previous dance experience are welcome to refresh fundamentals and deepen musicality, connection, and flow. You’re welcome to join on your own – we rotate partners throughout the session.
INSTRUCTOR
Led by an experienced social dance instructor with a focus on Cuban salsa. The teaching approach emphasizes rhythm, partner connection, and the joy of movement rather than performance.
MATERIAL
We work with basic steps, timing, and turns in Cuban salsa, exploring how the dance flows in a social setting. No special clothes are required. Wear something comfortable and clean, supportive shoes to protect the dance floor and help you move with ease.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Wednesdays 18:00–19:00 at Medborgarskolan, Bangatan 10A (dance studio)
• No partner needed – we rotate during class
• The focus is on community, rhythm, and confidence on the dance floor
• Come as you are, follow the music, and enjoy every step
