Throughout the day, we will guide you step by step through the art of baking four beloved favorites: moist Mandelkubbar, crispy French wafers, elegant mazarins, and crunchy Hallongrottor. You will not only receive the recipes — you will also learn the techniques, tips, and small details that make the difference between “good” and truly irresistible pastries.

We combine theory with hands-on baking in a warm and relaxed environment where everyone can participate, regardless of previous experience. You will work with carefully selected ingredients, learn about flavor combinations, and develop your understanding of doughs, batters, and perfect baking times.

Course Leader

Marie Lindstedt has found her true “happy place” in baking of all kinds. A few years ago, after a long and successful career in a completely different field, she decided to train as a pastry chef. Baking was already familiar to Marie, as she had previously run her own patisserie.

Join this course and benefit from Marie’s extensive knowledge and experience. With her calm and educational approach, Marie helps participants feel comfortable in the kitchen, encouraging them to try new things and take their baking to new heights.

Good to Know

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who must also register for the course.

Information regarding allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements must be provided at the time of registration. Please include this information in the message field when registering.

The cost of ingredients is included, and at the end of the day you will take home both the recipes and everything you have baked.
