Each session offers a welcoming space for both newcomers and experienced practitioners who want to build strength, balance, and calm before the weekend.

She'll guide you through a dynamic practice that combines:
• Energizing Power Yoga to awaken and strengthen your body
• Balancing Breathwork to regulate your nervous system and deepen awareness
• Mini Mindfulness Drops to sharpen focus and reset your mindset
You’ll learn something new every week — a yoga pose, a breathing technique, or a fresh perspective — in a supportive atmosphere that helps you reconnect with yourself.
MATERIAL
Bring comfortable clothes and a yoga mat.
No mat? No problem — we can lend you one.

• Duration: 5 weeks (Saturday mornings)
• Language: English
• Location: Medborgarskolan Lund, Bangatan 10 A (floor –1), just a short walk from Lund C
• Price: 300 SEK per person (for the full 5-week course)
