Welcome to a relaxation and mindfulness session with gentle yoga elements, where the focus is on unwinding, grounding yourself and creating space to breathe.
Together we explore simple tools that can help when stress or anxious thoughts take over – such as breathing exercises, short meditation and gentle movement.
This is not a traditional yoga class, but a calm and supportive space to pause, reconnect with yourself and share a quiet moment with others.
Everyone is welcome, no previous yoga experience needed.

Yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your own.
Wear comfortable and warm clothes and bring socks so you can relax fully.
This is a respectful and non-judgemental space where you can come exactly as you are.
