Open Jam music workshop at Bullret

A lot of people are curious about trying out a musical instrument, exploring their own voice and learning how to collaborate with other people in a relaxed and pressure-less setting. We invite everyone - regardless of whether you have previously played an instrument or not - to try out these open sessions. Take this chance to meet with other people and create new experiences together through music.

Workshop leader is musician and producer Zaquan, a member of the Teranga music collab collective and an experienced "jammer" and improvisational musician. Zaquan will help the participants both develop from their own individual levels, but also help the group process along.

Experience level: No prior experience necessary! Beginners are welcome!

Bring along: Nothing apart from earplugs and your own curiosity! There are amps, guitars, bass, drums, microphones and keyboard in the rehearsal studio. If you want to use a specific instrument, please bring that along yourself.

Participation fee: 150 kr

Ages: All ages from 13

Note: This is a one-off session, however there are several other Open Jams in the spring you can sign up for. Also - if you manage to get together a band that want to continue playing together, there will be the possiblity of borrowing one of our equipped rehearsal studios for free for 3 months.
