Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, she invite you to explore the transformative power of mindful movement and meditation.
Clear, warm, and practical, this course is designed for absolutely everyone—from those taking their first steps into yoga to practitioners wishing to deepen their understanding. It is offered in three progressive levels: Basic → Intermediate → Advanced, allowing each student to grow at a pace that feels natural and supportive. This is not a fast-moving or flow-based yoga style; instead, the practice is calm, steady, and strong, encouraging deep awareness, mindful alignment, and a grounded connection to the body. Each level blends together essential elements of a meaningful Hatha yoga journey: Detailed, step-by-step Asana guidance, with every posture taught clearly and carefully. Regular Q&A moments to support understanding and address individual needs. A closing meditation method, giving students space to integrate their practice and cultivate inner stillness. Each level is shaped to help students embody strength, awareness, and peace in both their practice and daily life.
No prior knowledge required—beginners are welcome

Atefeh Hosaini, instructor in Hatha Yoga and Meditation, her journey began in a world full of chaos and constant pressure, where she spent years searching for a sense of inner peace. This search carried her across continents, driven by a longing for meaning and calm amid life’s turbulence. Three years ago, on the small island of Hormuz, Arafeh met a guiding teacher who opened the door to a completely new way of seeing life. The early stages were challenging—exploring the subconscious revealed parts of herself she had ignored, requiring patience, honesty, and courage. Over the following year, she began to experience deep shifts in her body, mind, and daily life. These changes awakened a growing desire to support others on their own paths. Inspired by this transformation, Atafeh continued learning and practicing within the same school, gradually stepping into the role of someone who can hold space and guide others. Today, in a world that needs kindness and compassion more than ever, Atafeh is devoted to helping people cultivate steady inner peace, balance, and resilience.
